Duferco Office

The interior design project for Duferco Energia’s new headquarters was developed in close collaboration with the company’s architectural team, shaping a cohesive intervention aligned with both the building’s identity and the company’s values. Located in Genoa’s Porto Antico, within the historic Caffa complex, the six-story building spans 6,000 sqm.

The concept is based on a strategic use of color: each floor is defined by a dominant hue in three shades, paired with a contrasting tone to highlight architectural details and custom furnishings, creating a clear spatial identity.

On the ground floor, a former warehouse has been transformed into the reception area, where restored stone and brick arches meet a contemporary central desk. The first floor includes a reception hub connecting two open spaces and a corridor leading to the meeting rooms, characterized by an orange palette balanced with blue tones against exposed brick vaults and beams.

A bespoke graphic system, custom glass graphics, signage, and tailored logos, completes the project. Meeting rooms become “constellations,” supported by a coherent wayfinding system that ensures clarity and a strong visual identity throughout.
